I am currently investing in two of Tatiana’s projects (both in debt and equity tranches) and I am very grateful for the flexibility she created around the funding structure to meet my investing preferences. On both projects planning uplift was secured so I am confident my funds are well protected. When it comes to project management and investor communications, she has consistently exceeded my expectations.
I have known Tatiana since 2006. I had invested in her projects previously (all funds returned with interest as promised) and continue investing. She is honest and transparent, which is rare in property developers. I know she is very careful in her due-diligence and leaves no stone unturned. She is professional from end to end of the whole process, including clear documentation and communication of the quality of a consultancy firm. I was also impressed by her resilience during the COVID 19 lock-down.
I have been working with Tatiana since 2011 and have complete trust in her ability to manage complex projects and deliver the results she promised. I have invested in 2 of her projects previously and have been repaid the promised interest within the agreed timeline. I continue investing and have confidence that my funds are in safe hands.
I started to invest with Tatiana last year; she has a talent for spotting great opportunities, her project management skills and communication are second to none. I am very impressed with how she pivoted her strategy and powered through during the uncertainties of COVID 19. Our projects did not get delayed, in fact we secured planning uplift during the lock-down – very safe investment.
I really enjoy working with Tatiana as she is incredibly diligent. I have been investing in her projects since 2015 and so far the returns have continuously exceeded the promise. More importantly I value her approach to dealing with investors, which is based on full transparency and no-surprise culture. I have full confidence in her ability to secure profitable projects.
